Thanakorn Tanapanit (Manop)

Manop has been cooking in different restaurants around the world for over 15 years. His experience extends from working in Thailand, New Zealand, Australia and Utah.

In 2011, Manop opened his own restaurant with his sister – and they’ve been serving authentic Thai food to Ogden customers ever since.

“It’s important to me that my food is always fresh and prepared with authentic ingredients, just like my mother taught me how to cook in Thailand when I was young.” -Manop
